All organizations receive the same assessment experience, dashboards, heat maps, reporting capabilities, pulse monitoring, communication tools, and platform functionality.
Radius uses a standardized, science-based assessment grounded in organizational psychology and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) framework. This evidence-based approach provides reliable, valid, and comparable insights while maintaining the scientific integrity of the assessment.
Limited customization is available (such as switching "Company" to "Organization"), but the core assessment remains consistent, allowing organizations to confidently measure workplace culture using an evidence-based methodology.
Employees receive a simple, intuitive, and confidential experience designed to encourage honest participation. After an administrator uploads participants and clicks to send assessment invitations to employees, employees receive an email invitation to create their account and securely log in to the Radius platform.
